IDLING KNOB, IDUNG CABLE
1 . Verify that the control lever of the injection pump is at idle
position when the idling knob is not turned.
2. Verify that the idle speed increases when the knob is turned
clockwise.
3. Check the free play of the cable when the idling knob is
not turned.
Free play: 0-5mm (0-0.2 in)
4. If not as specified, loosen the locknuts and adjust the free
play.
Tightening torque:
11-15 N·m (1.0-1.5 m-kg, 8-11 ft-Ib)
