Visual inspection
1. Check for cracks, damage, and foreign matter (such as met-
al pieces, nails, and stones) in tire and cracks, deformation,
and damage to the wheel.
2. Replace the tire or wheel if necessary.
Wheel runout
1. Set the probe of a dial indicator against the wheel, and turn
the wheel one full revolution.
Wheel runout: Horizontal 3.0mm (0.120 in) max.
Vertical 2.Smm (0.098 In) max.
Wheel lug nut
1 . Check the tightening torque.
Tightening torque:
~ Single rear tire
