On-vehicle Inspection
Check for the following and replace parts as necessary.
1. Cracking, damage, or corrosion of vacuum pipe
2. Scars, cracks, or swelling of vacuum hose
. 3. Looseness of pipe and hose connection
4. All lines for vacuum leakage
5. Cracking or damage of vacuum tank
Note (Australia payload 3,500 kg and 4,000 kg)
• A vacuum switch is equipped in the vacuum tank.
When the vacuum amount in the tank becomes less
than
the specification, the switch activates the brake
vacuum warning buzzer to notify a driver it.
