TRANSMISSION .
Removal Note
Clutch release cylinder
1. Remove the bolt and nut shown in the figure.
2. Move the clutch release cylinder out of the way to remove
the transmission.
Transmission
1. Support the engine with a jack under the oil pan.
2. Support the transmission with a transmission jack.
3. Remove the transmission mount bolts.
4. Remove the transmission from under the vehicle.
Installation Note
Transmission
1. Install the transmission with the transmission jack.
2. Tighten the transmission mount bolts.
Tightening torque
a: 89-117 Nom (9.1-11.9 m-kg, 66....;86 ft-Ib)
b: 37-52 N·m (3.8-5.3 m-kg, 27-38 ft·lb)
Ground wire
1. Install the ground wires.
Tightening torque:
16-23 N·m (1.6-2.3 m-kg, 12-17 ft-Ib)
