Repeated Check Tray messages
•
Adjust the edge guides against the stack of paper in the tray.
•
If the edge guides were not set against the paper in the tray when Start was selected, delete
the job in the job queue and begin again.
•
Check that the touch screen is displaying the correct size and type for the media in use.
If everything appears correct but the problem persists turn the device off, wait 2 minutes and then
switch it back on again.

Paper curls
•
Load the paper in the paper trays with the seam side of the paper up. Load the paper in the
Bypass Tray with the seam side down.
•
Load non-standard media in the Bypass Tray.
•
If the paper curls excessively, flip the paper over in the applicable paper tray.
•
Check media has been stored correctly.

The finisher does not stack the output correctly
•
Unload the finisher tray frequently especially if stacking mixed-size paper.
•
Do not remove stapled sets while the finisher is compiling.
•
Check the paper tray guides are locked into position against the paper.
•
When using large paper, remove any output contained in the Stacker Tray.
•
Load the paper in the paper trays with the seam side of the paper up. Load the paper in the
Bypass Tray with the seam side down.
•
Load non-standard media in the Bypass Tray.
•
If the paper curls excessively, flip the paper over in the applicable paper tray.
