Note:
To find out the IP Address of your device, print a configuration report or ask your System
Administrator.
3. Press the Enter button on your keyboard to load the page.
4. If required, click the Status tab. This is usually the active tab when Internet Services opens.
5. Click Billing Information from the Status menu on the left of the page. The billing information
will display.
If you leave the page open for a while click the Refresh button to display the latest data.

Downloading the Usage Counter Data using Internet Services
Internet Services uses the embedded web server on the device. This allows you to communicate
with the device over the internet or intranet through your web browser.
Use the Usage Counters page to see the number of impressions copied and printed, and the
number of images sent by the device using the fax or scanning features.
You can download a file containing the usage information to your computer. This may be useful if
you want to keep a record of how the device is used. When you download the usage file the device
creates a .CSV (comma separated values) file. You can open .CSV files in applications such as
Microsoft Excel.
1. At your computer, open your web browser.
2. In the URL field, use your keyboard to enter http:// followed by the IP Address of the device. For
example: If the IP Address is 192.168.100.100, enter http://192.168.100.100.
Note:
To find out the IP Address of your device, print a configuration report or ask your System
Administrator.
3. Press the Enter button on your keyboard to load the page.
4. If required, click the Status tab. This is usually the active tab when Internet Services opens.
5. Click Usage Counters from the Status menu on the left of the page. The Usage Counters list
will display.
If you leave the page open for a while click the Refresh button to display the latest data.
6. Click the Download File to your Computer button.
7. When the File Ready screen appears, use the right-click button on your mouse to select the
DataCollected.csv link.
8. Click Save Target As to save the file to your computer.
9. Open the file in an application that supports .CSV files, such as Microsoft Excel.
