Machine and Job Status
Use the Completed Jobs option to view the jobs which have been completed on the device. Up to
150 jobs can be displayed. The owner, name and status of each job are shown.
1. Press the Job Status button on the Control Panel.
2. Select the Completed Jobs tab on the touch screen.
3. Select the option required from the All Jobs dropdown menu.
Copy, Print and Fax Received Jobs lists the jobs that have been sent to the device from
the Copy, Print and Fax services.
Scan Jobs and Fax Sent Jobs shows the jobs submitted by the Scan and Fax services.
All Jobs displays all the jobs on the device.
4. If required, use the scroll bar to access all the jobs in the list.
The most recently submitted job is displayed at the bottom of the list. The sequence of print
jobs can be altered by promoting or deleting jobs in the list.
5. Select the job required from the list.
6. Select the Close button.

Machine Status

Viewing Machine Information from the Machine Status Menu

The Machine Status button gives you access to useful information about the machine, including the
serial number and model. You can also view the status of the paper trays, billing and supplies
information, and print useful information pages.
Use the Machine Information option to see the customer support and supplies contact details, the
machine serial number and the software version number. If the Embedded Fax feature is installed,
the fax number is also displayed.
The machine information is displayed in different sections.
Customer Support provides information about where to find additional help for the device.
Machine Model displays the Xerox model of your device.
Serial Number displays the serial number of your device.
Software Versions identifies the version of software installed on your device and the date of
the last upgrade.
IPv4 Address shows the network address of your device.
Host Name states the name assigned to your device when it was set up by your System
Administrator.
