6. Press the Job Status button on the device control panel to view the job list and check the status
of the job.
7. If your job remains held in the Active Jobs list, the device needs you to supply additional
resources, such as paper or staples before it can complete the job. To find out what resources
are needed, select the job and then select the Details button. Once the resources are available
the job will print.

Menu
The Machine Status button gives you access to useful information about the machine, including the
serial number and model. You can also view the status of the paper trays, billing and supplies
information, and print useful information pages.
Use the Installed Options screen to view the status of services installed on the device. Services
include Workflow Scanning, E-mail and Fax. Services can be selected from the Services Home button
on the Control Panel. If the status for a service displays as Disabled, the service is installed but not
enabled.
1. Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
2. Select the Installed Options button on the touch screen.
3. A list of the services or additional solutions installed on your device is displayed. If required, use
the scroll bar to access the entire list.
4. Select the Close button.

Using the Maintenance Assistant from the Machine Status Menu

Use the Maintenance Assistant to provide fault history and usage information to the Xerox support
team to help them resolve problems more quickly. Your Xerox support team will let you know when
they need you to use the Maintenance Assistant.
Note:
This feature must be enabled by your System Administrator.
Refer to the System Administrator Guide for further information.
1. Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
2. Select the Maintenance Assistant button on the touch screen.
3. Select the Send Information button. The Sending Diagnostics Information screen displays.
You can continue to use the machine while the data is transferred. A Configuration Report will
print when the transfer is complete. Your Xerox Representative will advise you of the next steps.
4. Select the Close button.
