secondary server in the failover mode.

Configures the transport type for account X.
If the parameter is set to 3 (DNS‐NAPTR) and no 
server port is given, the IP phone performs the DNS 
NAPTR and SRV queries for the service type and 
port.
Note: If the outbound proxy server is required and 
the transport is set to DNS‐NAPTR, you must set the 
port of outbound proxy server to 0 for NAPTR, SRV 
and A queries.
X is 1.
