DP120F/DP125F Troubleshooting
Cause
The image memory has over-
flowed.
After loading the document (the
document sensor is ON), the docu-
ment is not fed to the scan posi-
tion within the specified time.
Or the Document position sensor
stays ON over the specified time
indicating that the document has
not ejected.
During printing, the recording pa-
per dose not feed turned ON/OFF
the sensor within the specified
time. "XX" specify the cause of
paper jam.
The Paper empty sensor in the
Recording paper tray has turned
OFF. Or the Paper size sensors
turned OFF.
The Optional paper empty sensor
(Middle-row) in the Recording pa-
per tray has turned OFF. Or the
Optional paper size sensors
(Middle-row) turned OFF.

Remedy
Press the [STOP] key to clear the
message.
In memory transmission mode,
transmit the document divided into
several transmit sequences, or trans-
mit the document again from the be-
ginning when enough memory is avail-
able.
In memory reception operation, cor-
rect the condition which lead to the
memory reception. Then receive the
document again.
Open the Scanner cover and remove
the jammed document.
If documents get jammed again or the
same error message is displayed
again, refer to "4.4 Document Feed
Error" on page 11-67.
Check the error code displayed on the
LCD and refer to "3.6.3 Paper Jam Er-
ror Codes" on page 11-52. And then
Remove the jammed recording paper.
Supply recording paper to the upper-
row Recording paper tray. Or insert Re-
cording paper tray firmly.
If the same error message is dis-
played again after supplying record-
ing paper and inserting Recording
paper tray firmly, refer to "4.3.5 UP-
PER PAPER EMPTY" on page 11-62.
Supply recording paper to the middle-
row Optional recording paper tray. Or
insert Recording paper tray firmly.
If the same error message is dis-
played again after supplying record-
ing paper and inserting Recording
paper tray firmly, refer to "4.3.6
MIDDLE/LOWER PAPER EMPTY" on
page 11-63.
