Remove the modular cover.

Directly connect the optional NCU PBA connector with the MAIN PBA connector (CN4).

Attach the NCU PBA with the three screws and, fasten the FG harness with the screw
used for fastening the left bottom of the NCU PBA.
NOTE: The FG harness of the NCU PBA should be connected to W1 or W2 according
to the country/region. Refer to page 3-37 for the details for connection.

Directly connect the Modem PBA connector with the MAIN PBA connector (CN8).
(7)
Attach the Modem PBA with the two screws.
US/CA/TW model

Reinstall the remaining components in the reverse order.
(9)
After assembling, turn the Power switch ON, and check the following:
• "Modem test" in "Function test" of test mode. (Refer to page 11-19.)
