<Remarks>
FUNC 4 Bits 7 to 4 and Bits 3 to 0:
This value is used to program the modem transmission db level. The smaller the
value, the higher the transmission level becomes. If errors occur frequently or train-
ing is not sent, the transmission level should be changed, as a rule.
