4.7.10 Stained (Print Side or Back Side)

Is the bottom of the Drum unit dirty?
2 Are the feed rollers (Pickup roller, Paper
feed roller or Exit roller) dirty?
3 Is the Fuser cleaner dirty?
4 Is the paper transport mechanism dirty?

When no problem is found in the steps
above, the Drum unit, the Developer as-
sembly or the Fuser may be defective.
DP120F/DP125F Troubleshooting
Check points
Clean the bottom of the Drum unit. (Be
careful not to touch the drum surface.)
Clean the rollers.
Replace the Fuser cleaner.
Clean the paper transport section using a
dry cloth.
Replace in the order of: Drum unit, Devel-
oper assembly, Fuser.
