Find Function
The
Find
box allows you to enter text strings to be searched for in the terminal window.
For example a series of bar codes have been scanned into the terminal view and you
want to determine if a particular bar code starting with ABC has been read.
1. Type
ABC
into the Find box.
2. Press Enter.
The first instance of ABC will be high-lighted in the terminal window.
3. Press the
F3
key to search again for the next instance of ABC.
4. Press
Shift-F3
to search for the previous instance of ABC.
