Check the paper storage conditions.
Check the paper storage conditions.
Check how the cursor is set according to the width.(The
gap between the paper and the cursor should be 1mm or
less.)
Measure the spring pressures.
Replace the fuser unit (see page 1-5-40).
Causes
Replace the drum unit (see page 1-5-29).
Verify the cleaning bias output.If no voltage is indicated,
replace the high-voltage PWB 2.
Replace the transfer belt unit (see page 1-5-34).
Replace the fuser unit (see page 1-5-40).
Check if the paper meets specifications. Replace paper.
Causes
Check the paper storage conditions.
Replace the paper.
Perform the drum refresh (Refer to operation guide).
