Description/Comments
For each incoming trunk group set
up in Program 22-05, designate
which ACD Group (1~64) the
trunks should ring for each of the
eight Work Periods.
Designate for each incoming
trunk, whether or not Night
Announcement Service is
assigned.
Determine whether an incoming
call to a trunk ring group should
follow a priority assignment.
Assign the group supervisor
extension.
Assign the supervisor operating
type.
Set up the Work Schedules for
ACD Agents and Groups. For
each ACD Work Schedule (1~4),
designate the start and stop times
for each of the eight Work Periods.
After the schedules are set up in
this program, assign them to days
of the week in Program 41-07.
(This is the same program used by
the Trunk Work Schedules.)
