Description/Comments
Set various options for ACD
Groups. When an option is set for
an ACD Group, the setting is in
force (if applicable) for all agents
in the group.
For each ACD Queue (1~64),
assign if the One-Digit Dial Out
option can (1 = Yes) or cannot (0 =
No) be pressed during the Delay
Announcements.
Set various options for ACD
Groups. When an option is set for
an ACD Group, the setting is in
force (if applicable) for all agents
in the group.
For each ACD Queue (1~64),
assign the time after the Delay
Announcement that the 1-Digit
Dial Out option works.
Define the number of calls that
must be in queue before the Alarm
Information is activated.
Do not use these programs if the
alarm options are defined in
Program 41-20-01 through
41-20-05.
Define the time the Alarm will ring
when activated.
