6) Remove the oil pan (5) and gasket. Refer to "Engine
Bottom Side Disassembly in Section 1D (Page 1D-
64)".

7) Remove the oil pressure regulator (6), breather pipe
(7) and oil strainer (8).

8) Remove the O-ring (9).

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Pay
attention to the following points:
• Apply grease to the O-rings.

Engine Lubrication System:
CAUTION
!
Use the new O-rings to prevent oil leakage.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)
