Airport Case 2 – With RF Group Name
Now consider the exact same configuration as in Case 1, except that now the
Airport APs have been configured with an RF Group Name of "AirportNet".

Avoid Other WLANs – The Airport APs still have 'Avoid Other WLANs'
disabled so that they will not consider tenants' APs in their power reduction
decisions.
RF Group Name – The change in this configuration is that an RF Group Name
is configured for all of the Airport APs. This ensures that an Airport AP will
consider any other Airport AP it can hear when it makes its power reduction
calculations.
Decisions: AP #1
AP #1 & AP #4 – AP #1 [AirportNet] compares its RF Group Name with those
of AP #1 [AirportNet]. Since AP #1 and AP #4 are in the same RF Group, AP
#1 will consider reducing power for AP #4.
AP #1 & AP #N – Since AP #N is not in the AirportNet RF Group, AP #1 will
not consider reducing power for AP #N.
Decisions: AP #4
AP #4 & AP #1 – AP #4 [AirportNet] compares its RF Group Name with AP
#1 [AirportNet]. Since AP #4 and AP #1 are in the same RF Group, AP #4 will
consider reducing power for AP #1.
