s=sign ( + / - )
xx.x = Tx Output power level, +05.0 and –20.0 dBm.
L-Band: -25.0 to –05.0 dBm
70/140 MHz: -20.0 to +00.0 dBm
Note: Beyond –20 dBm is beyond the specification.
Example: TPL = -13.4
