IRXINIT module error:

Explanation and Recommended Actions
return-code
20: EXEC processing failed.
20021: There was an error in the parameter list that was passed
to IRXJCL.
The IRXINIT routine returned an error with the return code
identified by return-code. BCM Monitor will stop.
Check the return code.
return-code
20: Processing failed due to an error. Check the reason code
returned to PARM7 by IRXINIT.
100: Processing failed because the system abnormally terminated
while IRXINIT was checking the environment. The system might
output multiple messages reporting abnormal termination. R0
includes the abnormal termination code and the reason code
for abnormal termination.

IRXINIT returns the abnormal termination code
in the two trailing bytes of R0 and returns the
reason code for abnormal termination in the two
leading bytes of R0. If the reason code for
abnormal termination is larger than two bytes,
IRXINIT returns only the two trailing bytes for
the reason code for abnormal termination. For
