message is output during the execution of the
YKEWAIT or YKQUERY command after executing the
YKMAKE command on the copy group container with
EXCTG ID specified. Then execute the YKMAKE
command again with a SELECT(COND) specification
to register the journal group to EXCTG.
Note that, to register an existing journal group in
EXCTG, you need to execute the YKQUERY command
before executing the YKMAKE command with a
