On 016 MLX Module, Ports 1–8 Work, but Ports 9–16 Do Not

In Release 7.0 and later, the 016 MLX module requires a CKE4 or later
processor module.
Possible Cause: A CKE3 or earlier processor is installed with the 016 MLX
module.
What to do: Check maintenance inventory to determine
which processor module is installed. If it is a CKE3, change it
to a CKE4 or later processor module.
