SRN Description
A12-05x A non-critical error has been detected, a
memory address error (invalid address or
access attempt).
A12-06x A non-critical error has been detected, a
memory data error (bad data going to
memory).
A12-07x A non-critical error has been detected, a
memory bus/switch internal error.
A12-08x A non-critical error has been detected, a
memory time-out error.
A12-09x A non-critical error has been detected, a
system bus parity error.
A12-10x A non-critical error has been detected, a
system bus time-out error.
A12-11x A non-critical error has been detected, a
system bus protocol/transfer error.
A12-12x A non-critical error has been detected, an I/O
host bridge time-out error.
FRU/action
1. Check the BladeCenter management module event
log; if an error was recorded by the system or if a
checkpoint code is displayed on the console, see

2. If no entry is found, replace the system-board and
chassis assembly.
