System Error Messages

These messages, listed in alphabetical order, appear in the messages area at the
bottom of the screens (see Table 9-2).
Table 9-2. System Error Messages
Message What It Indicates

Invalid Character ( x ) An invalid character has been
entered.
Invalid – Already Test was already in progress
Active when it was selected.
Invalid Password Login is required and an
incorrect password was
entered; access is denied.
Invalid Test A conflicting loopback or
Combination pattern test was in progress
when Start was selected to
start another test, or was
active on the same or another
interface when Start was
selected.
Limit of six Login IDs An attempt to enter a new
reached login ID exceeds the six
login/password combinations
limit.
Minimum Mode Appears if the T1 access unit
fails the memory test during a
power-up self-test.
No Security Records Delete was selected from the
to Delete Administer Login screen, and
no security records exist.
Password Matching Password entered in the
Error – Re-enter Reenter Password field of the
Password Administer Logins screen
does not match what was
entered in the Password field.
