Each card in the system contains at least a Power On LED. Additional LEDs
function as follows.

Sync Data APM
Refer to the appropriate installation document or to Chapter 5, Maintenance and
Troubleshooting , of the User's Guide for the specific LEDs and their meanings.
The T1 access unit monitors alarm conditions occurring on either the:
Network interface
DSX-1 interface, or
Sync data ports
You select the ASCII alarms that you wish to receive for each interface on the T1
access unit via the Network Interface configuration option screen.
You can view alarm messages via the:
Health and Status screen
Messages on Line 24 of the user interface screen
Printout from your ASCII terminal printer
Refer to Chapter 5, Maintenance and Troubleshooting , of the User's Guide for
more information on alarms.
