NORMALIZE LONG-INTEGER. Normalizes
the source (leftmost) long-integer operand.
(That is, it shifts the operand to the left until
its most significant bit is "1" or until it has
performed 31 shifts). If the most significant
bit is still "0" after 31 shifts, the instruction
stops the process and sets the zero flag. The
instruction stores the actual number of shifts
performed in the destination (rightmost)
operand.
