CMPL COMPARE LONG. Compares the
magnitudes of two double-word (long)
operands. The operands are specified using
the direct addressing mode. The flags are
altered, but the operands remain unaffected.
If a borrow occurs, the carry flag is cleared;
otherwise, it is set.

of the operand by one.
