Digital Input/Output and Analog Input
If direction is set to input, set the pulse counter:

(config)> io digital dio1 pulse_counter value
(config)>
where value is one of:
l

l
l
The default is off. pulse_counter can only be set for dio1.
If direction is set to output, set the default state:
n
(config)> io digital dio1 default_state value
(config)>
where value is either on or off. The default is on.
8. Repeat for additional Digital I/0 pins.
9. Save the configuration and apply the change:
(config)> save
Configuration saved.

10. Type exit to exit the Admin CLI.
Depending on your device configuration, you may be presented with an Access selection
menu. Type quit to disconnect from the device.

Change the output state of digital I/O ports

You can change the output state of a digital I/O, if the digital I/O's Direction is set to Output. See
Configure digital Input/Output ports
port, as well as setting the default output state.

1. Log into the IX30 WebUI as a user with Admin access.
2. From the menu, click Status.
3. Under Connections, click I/O.
The I/O Status page is displayed:

off: No pulse counter is configured
rising: The pulse counter uses the rising edge.
falling: The pulse counter uses the falling edge.
both: The pulse counter uses the both the rising and falling edges.
