3.) Remove the screw and the Lower Service Cover.
4.) Using side cutting pliers, cut the following tie-wraps:

5.) Remove the cables from the Arm.
Lift the Arm a little, as illustrated below to ease the removing of the cables from the base of the Arm.
6.) Remove the Arm.
