Protecting the belt motor against overload
The handling of certain types of documents can cause an overload. A current
limitation circuit is incorporated to prevent excessive loads occurring when the
belt rotates in the pick-up direction.

Operation
The feeding belt
rotates in the
pick-up direction
(counter-clock-
wise).
