A hardware key cannot be confirmed. Restart after
confirming that a hardware key is connected to a
computer.
Cannot communicate with a FOCUS camera; restart
after confirming that hardware cables are connected
and that the power is turned on.
Cannot communicate with a CT camera; restart after
confirming that hardware cables are connected and
that the power is turned on.
Cannot communicate with the control block; restart
after confirming that hardware cables are connected
and that the power is turned on.
No response is sent from the control block after
instructions are sent from software. Restart hardware
if this error occurs during the startup of the software.
The file set to a substrate's refractive index is not
proper or may be damaged. Set a normal file.
The file set to the theoretical spectral reflection
(transmission) factor of a reference is not proper or
may be damaged. Set a normal file.
Any measurement result cannot be calculated.
Measure again after reference and background

perform the peak-valley method (PV) of film thickness
