Measures a sample; this operation is the same as that
when pressing the [F1] key of the computer used.
Measures the background for measurement; this operation
is the same as that when pressing the [F2] key of the
computer used. Display and non-display can be switched
using the system setting. Set this to non-display during
factory settings.
Performs reference measurement; this operation is the
same as that when pressing the [F3] key of the computer
used.
Performs a background measurement for reference; this
operation is the same as that when pressing the [F4] key
of the computer used.
Stops various measurements and film thickness analysis
validated when measurements and film thickness analysis
can be stopped.
Adjusts the sampling time automatically; this operation is
the same as that when pressing the [F5] key of the
computer used.
Analyzes the film thickness
Deletes all spectral measured value data
Displays the measurement status
[OVER]: This indicates that the spectral light intensity is
saturated in excess of the maximum value of the spectral
light intensity that can be acquired when this field is
displayed in red. In this case, spectral measured values
cannot be obtained accurately. Therefore, adjust the
sampling time so that spectral light intensity is not
saturated for all the background, reference, and sample
measurements.
[UNDER]: This indicates that the spectral light intensity is
not sufficient when this field is displayed in red. The
prescribed performance may not be obtained in this case.
Displays the spectral measured values
[<][>]: Selects the data number of the spectral measured
values.
