The Product has the following features:
Wideband measurement
The unit is able to measure the spectroscopic characteristics within the wide wavelength
range of 380 nm to 1,050 nm.
Measurement in a minute area
The unit is able to measure the surface reflectance of a minute area (φ70 μm (φ17 μm
with an optional x40 objective lens)) in a sphere or a micro-optical part.
Measurement of thin plates
The product is able to measure plates of thickness of 1 mm (0.15 mm with an optional
x40 objective lens).
Reflectivity measurement of Part around lens
The reflectivity measurement in the part around the lens becomes easy in using optional
rotation stage.
*The measurement that is optional and provides for permeability, 45-degree reflectivity
measurement of the incidence, and the polarizing direction can be done.
