Article 4: Restrictions
1. You cannot sell this software in whole or in part without Olympus's consent.
2. You cannot create, transfer, sell, or lend any derivative of this software.
3. You cannot reverse-engineer, inverse-compile, inverse-assemble, or print out
this software or any part of it.
4. You cannot combine this software or any part of it with other software or
incorporate it into other software.
5. You shall agree that you observe the law and rules, to be applied, regarding
export control in Japan, the U.S., and other countries when bringing this
software abroad or exporting it.
6. You cannot delete the copyright notice and warning displayed on this software.
Article 5: Limitation of liability
For 90 days after you have purchased this software or products including this software,
Olympus guarantees that substantial and physical defects that significantly disturb the
operation or functions of this software do not exist in the media in which this software
is recorded. Olympus does not guarantee that all defects are corrected. The only
warranty of Olympus is to replace the media when media that do not satisfy the
guarantee above are sent back to Olympus together with the copied receipt.
Article 6: Disclamation of warranty
1. This software, not including the warranty prescribed in this agreement, is
provided as is. All warranties including the warranty of non-infringement,
product characteristics, and/or conformity to a specific purpose shall not be
given irrespective of an explicit or implicit warranty.
2. Olympus assumes no liability for damages to you or a third party (that usually
include special, direct, or indirect damage, but is not restricted to such)
regarding the transfer, use, or performance of this software or resulting from
this software.
