Setting the sample to be measured when using the rotation stage
(1) Set the sample to be measured on the rotation stage.
Follow the same procedure as described in 4.14 Setting the BK7 reference sample
when using the rotation stage.
(2) Adjust the angle of the sample to the desired for the measurement. Use the scale.

4.17. Adjusting the position of the sample to be measured when
using the rotation stage
(1) Looking at the beam from the objective lens, use the shift adjuster to place it in the
desired position.
(2) Adjust the focus on the sample to be measured.

/Adjusting the position of the sample to be measured
