(3) DIAGRAM window
A chromaticity diagram of the result is displayed.
An XY chromaticity diagram and a Lab chromaticity diagram are available.
Double-clicking the window switches the display between XY and Lab diagrams.
Graph setting also allows you to change between the two chromaticity diagrams.
For the diagram settings, refer to 6.4 Graph setting in the USPM-SA Software
Operation Manual.
(4) Operation panel (detailed values)
Detailed values of the measurement results are displayed in the DATA pane of the
operation panel in the left part of the main window. Use the < << > >> buttons to
change the wavelength.
Click the DEL button to delete the measurement result.
(5) LUMINANCE window
The spectroscopic quantity of the lights of background, reference and measurement
is indicated in a graph in black (grey), cyan and blue, respectively. The red line
indicates the upper limit of the spectroscopic quantity defined in the system
configuration window. The pink line indicates the lower limit of the spectroscopic
quantity defined in the system configuration window.
(6) LUMINANCE TEXT window
The spectroscopic quantity values of the lights of background, reference and
measurement are displayed. The interval of display is configurable in the graph
setting window.
(7) THICKNESS INFO window
Displayed by choosing [Window]-[THICKNESS INFO] on the File menu.
It displays the status of analysis of film thickness. With incorrect status of analysis,
the thickness is not normally measured. For the status of analysis, refer to 7.9
THICKNESS INFO window in the USPM-SA Software Operation Manual.
(8) THICKNESS window
Displayed by choosing [Window]-[THICKNESS] on the File menu.
It displays the method and result of analysis of film thickness. For details on the
display items, refer to 7.8 THICKNESS window in the USPM-SA Software
Operation Manual.
[Saving the data]
Choose [File]-[SaveAs.. datafile] on the File menu.
The save file dialog box appears. Specify the name of the file. You can specify its file
format by selecting an extension in this dialog box.
[Print]
Choose [File]-[ Main print] on the File menu.
The print setting dialog box appears. Set the print properties properly, and then click the
OK button.
4.19. Quit
(1) Choose [File]-[Quit] on the File menu to quit the program.
(2) Turn off the power switch of the controller supply unit.
(3) Shut down the computer.
