This warranty guarantees free repair for the following conditions.
[Free Repair]
1) Olympus Corporation will repair, free of charge, any problem caused by a
manufacturing defect, provided that the problem occurred while correctly using
the product in compliance with the provisions of the manual during the warranty
period.
2) We do not warrant any failure due to other causes (ex. peripheral devices or the
environment of the installation site).
3) Regardless of the warranty period, there will be a charge to repair the following:
Defect or damage due to the incorrect use of the device.
Defect or damage due to acts of God (lightening or flood, etc.) or other
unforeseeable accidents.
Defect or damage due to apparatuses other than this device.
Defect or damage to a part or component that is repaired or modified by an
individual other than Olympus service personnel, or defect or damage due
to such repair or modification.
Defect or damage to a product whose serial number has been deliberately
changed or removed.
Defect or damage to an expandable items.

service department at Olympus Corporation. Contact the support division given
in the attachment.
