Open the WORK setting window and set the
[Reference] field. For details, see the [Reference]
setting item.
Open the WORK setting window and set the
[Standard] field. For details, see the [Reference]
setting item.
Open the LAYER setting window, set a
measurement method, and press the Film thickness
analysis button for analysis. For details of the
LAYER setting window, see the LAYER setting
window item.
Select [Analysis] - [Color-difference calculation]
from the file menu and calculate the color
difference. For details, see the color-difference
calculation item.
Press the Sampling adjustment button for automatic
setting. For details, see the sampling adjustment
item. Or open the WORK setting window and set
the [Sampling time] field manually. When setting the
field manually, perform reference measurement
after changing the [Sampling time] item. Confirm the
light blue graph on the LUMINANCE window and
adjust the sampling time repeatedly so that spectral
light intensity is not saturated.
Open the GRAPH setting window and enable
[Display theoretical value] in an [Add graph] field.

Open the GRAPH setting window, enable [Display
from data file] in an [Add graph] field, and set the
file to be displayed. For details, see the graph
setting item.
Open the GRAPH setting window and set the
[Graph axis] field.
