9.1.Spectral measured value data file (*.csv/*.dat)
This is spectral measured value data in which a measurement result is saved. In this
software, a maximum of 200 spectral measured value data items can be displayed and
saved in the same file. The data file of the spectral measured value data can be saved in
CSV and DAT formats. The DAT format is compatible with software of Ver.3.00 or earlier.
