4.5. Setup of the work configuration file
For detail, refer to 6.2 Work configuration in the USPM-SA Software Operation Manual.
(1) Choose [Setup]-[Work] on the File menu. The work setup window opens.

(1) Click , and select SELLMEIER.
(1) Click and select FILE.
(2) Click the element indicated by the circle part and
open "hrr.rf " file.
"hrr.rf" file is in the cd.
