9.4.Reference wavelength dispersion data file (*.rf)
This is a file format in which the reflection and transmission factor data items of a
reference are used when a file is specified. The file format is also used when EXPORT is
executed on a DISPERSION editing window. The extension is "*.rf". Data is based on a
text format. The spectral reflection and transmission factors between the shortest and
longest wavelengths are arranged after an identification tag in steps of 1 [nm].
