Calculating the spectral measured value data
For this software, a spectral reflection factor and transmission factor that are spectral
measured values are calculated using the expression below. Spectral measured values
are calculated from the spectral light intensity of the sample to be measured and the
spectral light intensity of a background with the spectral light intensity of a reference, in
which the spectral measured values are already known, as standard.

Enter the theoretical reflection factor (transmission factor)
of a reference. You must set this item when selecting
[FIXED] in a dispersion setting tab.
Enter the reference wavelength dispersion data filename
used for the theoretical spectral reflection factor
(transmission factor) of a reference. You must set this
item when selecting [FILE] in a dispersion setting tab. A
file can be read in a .ref format.
Sets the direction of polarization; you must set this item
when selecting [FILE] in a dispersion setting tab.
Displays the detail information of the dispersion setting
type selected in a dispersion setting tab; however, this
does not apply when [FIXED] or [FILE] is selected.
