(3) Select Device Manager from Hardware and Sound.
(4) First, verify the communication port installation status. Select Ports (COM & LPT) and
check that Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM*) is displayed. Note that
the number at the position marked with * differs depending on the configuration of the
computer used.
