If you need to repack the unit to ship it, contact your sales representative or our sales
department.
[How to install the unit]
(1) Remove the main unit, the controller supply unit and all accessories from the shipping
carton.
(2) Check whether all the items listed in "1. Confirming the Package Contents" are
included.
(3) Remove the packing materials, and check whether there is any visible damage to the
contents.
(4) Put the main unit, the controller supply unit and the computer in a place that meets the
specified usage conditions.
3.2. Fitting an objective lens
Use both hands and proper care in installing and detaching an objective lens.
Dropping an objective lens may cause damage to the optics or adjustment
failure, leading to incorrectness of measurement.
Detach the same number of caps in the revolver as the number of objective lenses you
want to attach.
Then insert the objective lenses into the revolver. Be sure to insert them fully.

If the temperature of the unit is greatly different from the room
temperature, dew is likely to form on the inside of the unit after
installation or transport. Wait until the dew evaporates before using
the unit, instead of trying to wipe it off.
The unit is equipped with fans. Keep a space of at least 10 cm
between any object and the left, right and back of the unit.
Do not place equipment so that it is difficult to pull out power cord
from rear side receptacle of Power Supply Box
