3.6. Installation of the optional rotation stage
Tool: hexagon wrench
(1) Install the rotation stage on the topside of the shift stage, and fix it by screwing two
bolts into the fixing hole.

(1) Remove the four bolts (M3
(2) Remove the work plate installed on the
upper surface of the stage.

If the optional tilt stage is attached, remove the work plate on the
upper surface of the tilt stage.
