4. If obstructing access to the actuator access panel, remove the
burner support rail (with jet holder assemblies attached) by
following the steps in Removing the Burner Support Rail, page 28.
5. Remove the control board shield, and then detach the wire
connector from the control board as shown in Figure 51, page 41.
6. Remove and retain the two screws on the actuator, and then
remove the actuator (see Figure 52).
7. Replace the actuator if needed.

Flap Components for Steam Oven – Removal and
Replacement
Flap components are accessed from the front and/or top of the
range.
Be sure to check QuickFinder for relevant information, documentation,
and the correct part number when replacing these components.

1. Follow all safety precautions and steps in Preparing the Range for
Servicing, page 25.
2. Follow all steps in Accessing Components under the Maintop,
page 25.
3. Remove and retain screw from the access cover, and then
remove the cover.
4. Gently remove the flap lid by pulling it out from the clip (see
Figure 54, page 43).
5. From inside the steam oven cavity, use a wrench to secure the
arm, while you gently remove the clip (see Figure 55, page 43).
