11. Move the wire with connector out of the way, and then detach the
insulation-retaining wire strap (see Figure 106).

12. Slide the warming drawer out (towards the back of the range),
while leaving the insulation in place.
13. Place the warming door on protective matting, and then pull the
drawer out of the cavity a bit (towards the front).

Removing the Warming Drawer from the Cavity

NOTE: If you need to remove and replace the sensor or element
gasket, you can do it without removing the warming drawer from the
cavity. However for removing and replacing the microswitch, heating
element, and slides, you will need to first remove the warming drawer
from the cavity.
1. Follow all safety precautions and steps in the Preparing the Range
for Servicing, page 25.
2. Detach the control panel from the warming drawer (see Removing
the Warming Drawer Control Panel Assembly, page 63).
3. Remove the large oven door (see Removing the Door, page 110).
4. Remove the kick panel (see Kick Panel Removal and
Replacement, page 121).
5. Remove and retain the two rear panel screws located at both left
and right sides of the warming drawer housing, below the rear
panel (see Figure 107); the rear panel then collapses (see
Figure 108, page 67).
