2-1. Important items when using refrigerant (R410A)

Calculate additional refrigerant charge. Add additional re-
frigerant with R410A gage manifold and hose.

Pressurize system with 609 psi (4.2 MPa) nitrogen
System must hold 600 psi for a minimum of 24
hours.
Do not purge system with refrigerant.
Use a vacuum pump with check valve to prevent the
back flow of vacuum pump oil into the refrigerant
system.
