A communications problem between the computer and the analyzer
has occurred.
Check the cable connection between the computer and the analyzer.
Select Unit [n] > Unit Configuration from the main menu and verify
that the TCP/IP configuration for the computer and the analyzer are
correct.
Exit the 2460 application and turn off the analyzer. Then turn on the
analyzer and restart the 2460 application. If the problem persists, con-
tact your Micromeritics representative.
The serial number of the instrument is different than the serial number
the application expects.
Run the setup program on the installation CD; choose the Remove
operation to remove the incorrect serial number. Then choose the Add
operation to add the correct serial number.
One or more calibration operations have not been performed.
If using the setup CD, reinstall the calibration files. If this does not cor-
rect the problem, contact your Micromeritics representative.
